North American Waterfowl Management Plan

CNR participates in a NAFTA nations initiative to restore migratory waterfowl populations through habitat enhancement.

Regional impact through the Playa Lakes Joint Venture across KS, CO, NM, OK, and TX.
Collaborating with federal and state agencies, environmental groups, industry, and private landowners.
Maintaining three wetlands for migratory birds and monitoring conditions around Cedar Lake.

We report to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and contribute financially to restoration efforts.

We provide protected habitats as release sites for rehabilitated animals and fund the SPWRC mission.

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation

As an Imperial Habitat Partner and seat holder on the Habitat Council, we help conserve critical elk habitat.

Contributed to over 2,000 habitat conservation projects and more than 7 million acres enhanced.
Advancing elk population health through land protection and stewardship.

Recognized with the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission Certificate of Achievement.
